Wellness Coaching (Initial Session)

The first wellness coaching session is an opportunity for me to learn more about you and your goals. We spend 90 minutes together exploring your wellness goal(s); the coaching process; and my wellness philosophy. I love to start with a video call or in-person appointment because this initial session can help us gauge whether we feel like a good fit for each other; concretize your goals; identify expectations of coaching; as well as answer any initial questions about me, my style, my practice, or the difference between coaching and therapy in general. Wellness Coaching (Single Session)

Single session coaching sessions are designed to be intentional and solution-focused. We approach this session as if it were the first and last time we were meeting. This session consists of further clarifying goals (e.g. making your goal more measurable, making your goals more specific), identifying a concrete timeline, and discussing an accountability plan. Wellness packages

Each session is 75 minutes. Session packages are encouraged to be used on a weekly-bi-weekly basis. At each session coach and client discuss progress toward goals, identify any barriers toward progress, and discuss solutions to navigate barriers. Homework/action items are provided after every session and includes customized wellness plans, accountability phone check-in, text support, and realistic resources. Wellness coaching

 Wellness coaching is a direct, intentional, and actionable way to move clients from an idea to an action. Through wellness coaching we will work on developing goals that are measurable, realistic, and achievable. We work together to develop an achievable plan and timeline. Coaching adds another layer of accountability so that you’re not just accountable to me but to yourself!

Wellness coaching is a service that helps clients meet their goals in a different way.
