- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW), Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field of study from an accredited program.
- Current licensure as a psychologist, licensed clinical social worker (LCSW), licensed professional counselor (LPC), or licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) in your state of residence.
- Minimum of 3 years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting, with a strong background in working with diverse and marginalized populations.
- Demonstrated expertise in providing culturally-responsive therapy and understanding the unique mental health needs of Black women and girls, and BIPOC communities.
- Commitment to understanding and demonstrating lifelong learning and growth in areas related to Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging (EDIB) concerns.

The ADMINISTRATIVE assistant is to provide coordination and support of the general day to day administrative, clerical, and operational tasks related to the successful management of Willed by Wellness, LLC. The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing customer service to clients, potential clients, community partners, and business associates of the practice. This position is seeking a person who has experience with INSURANCE BILLING AS WELL.
