Book A Call
Providing Outreach and Inspiration through Sisterhood and Education (P.O.I.S.E) is a culturally-informed program developed for Black adolescent girls to explore facets of self-image through group work. We discuss the impact of social media, relationships, and identity factors on self-image. The program utilizes peer-to-peer education, mentorship, and process groups to encourage compassion, critical thinking, connectedness, skill building, psychoeducation, and confidence (key components of SEL programs). The P.O.I.S.E. program can be adapted for elementary, middle, and high school cohorts.
Book A Call
Let's be real. You can love what you do and still feel completely stretched thin.
Between serving clients, managing operations, making financial decisions, and trying to grow, it's easy to spend so much time taking care of business that you forget to take care of yourself.
And when you're the person everyone depends on? Whew. That list never seems to end.
The Willed by Wellness 2027 Visioning Retreat is your opportunity to step away from the daily demands of entrepreneurship and make room for intentional planning.
We're talking business goals, financial priorities, systems, and strategy. But we're also talking boundaries, capacity, burnout, and what it actually looks like to build a business that supports the life you want to live.
Because what's the point of building something successful if you're too exhausted to enjoy it?
We love a good vision. But let's make sure there's a plan to go with it.
This isn't just another goal-setting workshop or an afternoon of dreaming about what could be. It's dedicated time to reflect, get practical, and start making intentional decisions about what comes next.
Here's what we'll explore together.
Before you start adding more goals to your list, let's talk about what 2026 taught you.
What worked? What didn't? Where did you grow? Where did you overextend yourself? And what are you ready to leave behind?
Through guided reflection and journaling, you'll have space to recognize your wins, examine your challenges, and get honest about what deserves to come with you into 2027.
Big goals are great. Clear priorities? Even better.
We'll make space to look at the practical side of running your business, including revenue goals, budgets, operational systems, contracts, documentation, and the processes that help everything run more smoothly.
Whether you're refining what's already working or identifying what needs to change, you'll have dedicated time to think strategically instead of simply reacting to whatever the day throws your way.
save my seat
Your business isn't the only thing that needs a plan.
Through mindfulness, meditation, affirmations, gentle movement, and intentional reflection, we'll explore how your personal well-being fits into the vision you're creating.
That means making room for rest, setting healthier boundaries, recognizing burnout, and considering what sustainable success actually looks like for you.
Because you deserve to thrive in the life you're working so hard to build.
Entrepreneurship can feel lonely, especially when you're used to being the one everyone else turns to.
This retreat creates space to connect with fellow mental health professionals, practice owners, and entrepreneurs who understand the responsibilities, challenges, and rewards of building something of their own.
Come ready to share, reflect, encourage, and maybe even meet someone who reminds you that you don't have to figure it all out alone.
The 2027 Visioning Retreat is designed for clinicians, mental health professionals, private practice owners, and mental health entrepreneurs who are ready to approach the new year with more clarity, confidence, and intention.
This experience is for you if:
You're ready to get serious about your business and financial goals for 2027.
You spend so much time pouring into others that your own needs end up last.
You want to grow your business without constantly running on empty.
You're craving time to reflect instead of rushing from one responsibility to the next.
You're ready to set boundaries that actually support the life you're building.
You want to connect with other professionals who understand the highs and lows of entrepreneurship.
You don't need to have all the answers. You just need to be ready to ask yourself some better questions.
Consultation packages adapted to fit individual needs of client.
We're not here to send you home with a notebook full of ideas you'll never look at again.
The goal is to help you leave with greater clarity, practical priorities, and a vision that feels aligned with the life and business you want to create.
YOU DON'T HAVE TO DO EVERYTHING IN 2027.
YOU JUST NEED TO GET INTENTIONAL ABOUT WHAT MATTERS MOST.
Get intentional about what you want your next year to look like, both personally and professionally.
Spend time with other professionals who understand that building a successful business and taking care of yourself should not be competing goals.
Turn reflection into direction with priorities and practical next steps you can begin working toward after the retreat.
Explore the boundaries, habits, and expectations that may be affecting your capacity, energy, and well-being.
Identify the financial, operational, and strategic areas that need your attention so you can approach the year with greater focus.
